• Geographic Information Systems Services
  GPS (Global Positioning System) enables the positioning of any point in a global framework through observations to a network of orbiting satellites. Originally designed for military use by the U.S., the information from these satellites was eventually made publicly available. At first the prime purpose was in navigation, but the surveying community soon realized that this technology could also be used for purposes of measurement. With the more recent introduction of GLONASS (short for Global Navigation Satellite System), the Russian satellite-based navigation system works alongside GPS to provide position information. With an additional 24 satellites to utilize GLONASS compatible receivers can acquire satellites up to 20% faster than devices that rely on GPS alone. Galileo, the European global satellite-based navigation system, is the third and latest satellite network to go live. Until now, global navigation satellite system (GNSS) users around the world have had to depend on American GPS or Russian GLONASS.
• Topographic Surveys

  Topographical Surveys are where the position and location of natural and artificial features are determined. The plans of maps then drawn of suitable scales for development, planning and land use purposes.

The survey is conducted primarily for the purpose of which is to document the perimeters, or any one of them, of a parcel of land by establishing or re-establishing corners, monuments, boundary lines for the purpose of describing the parcel, locating fixed markers on the parcel and dividing the parcel.
